See Marc Jacobs model take a dramatic tumble — in designer’s viral Kiki boots

These boots were made for fallin’.

A model sporting Marc Jacobs’ infamously impractical Kiki boots while promoting the designer’s $795 XL Sack Bag took a serious tumble — caught on now-viral video — in what appears to have been a planned performance all along.

Tereza Kubova — a stunt performer dressed in the brand’s metallic denim jeans and matching, boxy jacket — can be seen bravely falling down the flight of outdoor steps in an outfit estimated to be worth more than $2,500.

Kubova landed at the bottom, unscathed, and carefully regained her footing in her towering, nearly 7-inch heels, brushed back her hair and strutted away.

The captivating clip, shot by Yulya Shadrinsky and shared Tuesday across the brand’s social media accounts, has been both mocked and criticized by viewers.

“So we are making [it] cool to throw women down the stairs to sell a purse? Horrible,” one viewer complained.

“How stupid is this!” exclaimed another.

“I hope she got paid enough for that,” wrote one Instagram user.

“Oh she ate those stairs for lunch!” quipped someone else.

For Kubova, the incident appears to have been all in a day’s work. On her own social media, she posted the clip with a caption thanking the brand for “the opportunity to be a part” of the campaign.

The Post has reached out to Marc Jacobs and Shadrinsky for comment.

The viral Kiki boots, which retail for $550 depending on the style, first debuted on Marc Jacobs’ 2016 runway and have since become a cult favorite, with the prominent designer releasing various iterations of the chic clodhoppers in different colors, textures and styles, from ankle grazers to knee-highs.

Kim Kardashian flaunted the white stompers for the brand’s Fall 2023 collection, and the monolithic platform pumps were sported by pop sensation Dua Lipa, who touted the footwear on Instagram, writing, “the higher the heel the closer to god.”

The fall seemed to be part of an organized stunt to promote the brand’s new handbag.

The Kikis have even had many a moment on red carpets — most notably at this year’s Met Gala, where Kendall Jenner climbed the museum’s steps in a pair of the black, bedazzled boots and a matching, Marc Jacobs-collared body suit with billowing sleeves.
