Pink postpones shows due to ‘family medical issues’ that require ‘immediate attention’

Pink’s upcoming shows in Tacoma, Washington, have been postponed due to “family medical issues.”

The musician, 44, made the announcement via Instagram on Monday.

“I am so sorry to inform the Tacoma ticket holders that the two shows October 17 and October 18 (tomorrow and Wednesday), will be postponed. Live Nation are working on future dates to reschedule,” the singer shared in her post.

“Family medical issues require our immediate attention. I send everyone my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. I am sending nothing but love and health to all,” the statement continued.

Last month, Pink had to reschedule a tour stop in Arlington, Texas, due to a sinus infection.

“Hi everyone. I’m very sorry to report that I have come down with a bad sinus infection, and the doctor advised me not to perform tonight,” Pink wrote at the time via social media. “I am so disappointed. You know I do everything in my power to never miss a show.”

“I will be rescheduling tonight’s show at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX for Sunday November 26th of this year. All tickets will be honored, and it will be a phenomenal show,” she continued. “I hope to see you then, and again, am so deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. It is never my intention. Sending you all love x Pink.”

The “Just Give Me a Reason” singer kicked off her Summer Carnival 2023 Tour in June and is expected to end the North American leg of her concerts in Arlington in November.

Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, are parents of daughter Willow, 12, and son Jameson, 6.

One day before her Monday rescheduling, Pink wished her late father a happy birthday. “Happy heavenly birthday Daddy-Sir. Thanks for the visit yesterday,” she captioned an Instagram selfie of the pair. “Miss you.” Jim Moore died in 2021 at age 75 after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.
