Carnality varies from person to person and zodiac sign to zodiac sign but there are some common ways to combat a lack of lust. Eating salmon and chocolate is an easy fix and professionals suggest regular ice baths can function as a kind of aphrodisiac causing “increased blood flow to sexual organs, resulting in heightened sexual arousal in the hours after.”

SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21)
Scorpio is ruled by both Mars, planet of action and Pluto, planet of sex, death and transformation.
